If I book a taxi, do I have a discount on the price?
Yes, if you book your taxi you will save money. The price per reservation always has a discount!
How does the taxi driver know the price I have contracted?
Our operators notify the taxi driver of the closed price, so the price will not change at any time.
If I have booked a taxi. Why does the taximeter turn on?
By Law we are obliged to always turn on the meter. If you have booked a taxi, the closed price of the reservation will be charged, which is always cheaper than the one marked on the meter.
What is the space available for luggage?
A standard taxi can accommodate between 4 suitcases of luggage, in a mono volume taxi 5 suitcases and travel bags, for more luggage choose an adapted taxi where the capacity is more than double the standard.
When booking a taxi it is important that you indicate the number of packages and/or luggage in order to reserve the vehicle appropriate to your needs.
How many people fit in a taxi?
We have vehicles with capacity for 4 to 6 travelers (not counting the driver). When booking a taxi it is important to indicate the number of people who will travel in the vehicle.
I have lost an object in the taxi. How can I get it back?
If you have left any object in the taxi, you must communicate it to the telephone number 965 21 21 21 and our operators will notify the taxi driver.
Can you pick me up at Alicante Airport?
Of course yes! ServiTaxi Elx is the official taxi service at Alicante Airport.
If you book a taxi we will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall with a sign with your name.
How much time do I have to make a reservation?
To make a reservation you must make it at least 24 hours in advance. In this way we can guarantee an excellent service with full guarantee.

Can I cancel a taxi reservation?
Yes, if you have made a taxi reservation you can cancel it by notifying us 24 hours in advance of the date and time of the pickup.
